Argela developed the first local fibre switch of Turkey, with its business partner Pavo. Completely developed by Turkish engineers and produced in Turkey, the local fibre switch started to be used within Turk Telekom.
Having 8 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet ports, the switch operates in the second layer and can feed the devices requiring high power, from all its 8 ports by means of the POE+ support. By Argela’s central network monitoring software, the state of all the devices linked to all the ports of the fibre switch. An instant breakdown in the device or the ports can be seen from the central management software and the system manager is informed by both message and mail. By the central software having Turkish interfaces, devices can be imaged on maps, graphic and list interfaces.
It is aimed to remove worries about security and privacy by the advantage that TT Fibre Switch is a local product. The switch has an operating system that can be reached by open source code. By the Linux based operating system, rapid new feature addition and crypto features, thus it is aimed to remove the non-flexible design and new feature addition problems in the foreign products.
